1. Bought in the App Store
Safini Pro bought in the iPhone app is sold and billed by Apple, so Apple decides on and issues every refund for it. We cannot see your payment details or refund an App Store purchase ourselves.
To ask Apple for a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose “Request a refund”, pick a reason and select Safini Pro.
- Submit the request. Apple tells you its decision by email.
If Apple refunds a purchase, the Safini Pro it paid for ends and your family moves to the free plan. A refund does not stop future renewals, so also cancel the subscription if you don’t want it to renew.
2. Bought on our website
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders and handles refunds for them.
- Ask within 14 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, and you get that payment back in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
- After 14 days a payment is not refunded, unless the law where you live requires it or something went wrong on our side, such as a double charge or Safini Pro not working for your family.
- To ask, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, go to paddle.net, or email us and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Paddle sends the refund to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days of approving it. When a payment is refunded, the Safini Pro it paid for ends.
3. Free trials and promo codes
Nothing is charged during a free trial or for a promo code, so there is nothing to refund. To avoid being charged when a trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
4. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live. For example, consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a website purchase, described in Paddle’s refund policy.
